Through discussion we give individual clients the opportunity to adapt their units to fit their purpose.
I am the Property Manager for both sites and the “go to” person if tenants have any queries about their unit or repairs that need carrying out.
I find the diversity of the businesses on site fascinating and enjoy getting to know our tenants, encouraging networking between companies when the opportunity arises. My main aim is to create and maintain a welcoming, comfortable and professional working environment for all our clients.
I have been letting properties in both the commercial and residential sectors for many years now. I manage all enquiries for our units and work to show prospective clients the great potential our spaces have to offer their business. I communicate regularly with existing tenants to manage any changes to their current rental. My role allows me to constantly engage with clients and I have pleasure seeing their various ventures thrive as part of the M40 Offices community.
I am the Bookkeeper and Administrator for M40 Offices and have over 17 years of experience working within the commercial property industry.
My role is varied from day to day and I especially enjoy the interaction with colleagues, tenants and suppliers. I feel that there is a lovely extended family atmosphere at M40 Offices between colleagues and clients which makes coming to work a pleasure.
