PeopleValue is a leading provider of motivation solutions serving companies in the UK and Europe. They provide programmes and technology to help businesses improve their employee value proposition and performance, increase customer loyalty and drive sales from channel partners.
An Account Managers role is to plan and carry out direct account management activities, so as to maintain and develop relationships with a range of PeopleValue key accounts, in accordance with agreed business plans.
To ensure the smooth running of all account schemes on a day to day basis. Produce reports and ad-hoc information, plus driving the growth of current & new schemes within the clients accounts.

Key Responsibilities and General Job Description
Plan and manage personal account portfolio according to objectives set by the Accounts Director and in accordance with People Value Account Management processes and procedures.
Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships to optimise value add, quality of programme, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage the implementation of new solutions for customers in accordance with People Value process and procedures.
Provide internal and external support to the Sales team to win new business.
Deliver effective Change Management for customer schemes.
Ensure effective internal communication & training on programmes and customer accounts.
Measure and report performance of the scheme against customer requirement criteria.
Be the knowledge centre for the account scheme or programme portfolio.
Provide a dedicated pro-active services & contact point for all aspects of the account.
Holding regular programme and account reviews which will involve travel to clients therefore a clean driving licence is essential.
Be responsible for the personal account portfolio cash flow.
Deliver effective issue resolution for both Peoplevalue and its customers.
Participate in new product development projects as required.
